Shipping and Return/Cancellation Policy
Shipping Policy:
Most orders ship the next day via the US postal services Priority Mail system which takes on average three days.
Shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service utilizing the Priority Mail system. This system usually has packages delivered within three business days. If we do not have an item in stock and have to make one we usually get orders to the post office within five business days. In this case you can expect your order to be delivered within 10 - 14 days at the most. Custom artwork and large format prints can take longer. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to contact us via email or by phone.
Returns Policy:
100% satisfaction guarantee! We guarantee our products to be of the highest quality available or we will refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked! There are no restocking fees or any hidden fees of any kind. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, please return your item in its original condition and within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money ASAP.
Exchanges: To exchange your order for any reason just send it back to us in it's original condition and we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please include a note specifying which other item you would like in exchange.
