The Painting Center A NYC based artists group run by my old friend Cecily Kahn. Situated on Greene Street in the heart of the gallery district in Soho, the Center has a large main exhibition space of 1,000 square feet and a second, smaller space of 200 square feet known as The Project Room. Working with only the best of cedar wood (most of it from fallen trees in the forest) the fairies work very hard in making by hand the marvellously crafted doors and windows and other items the Wizard sells. Bill Graham Foundation The Foundation's goal is to continue Bill's good work in assisting those whose needs oftentimes are not served by larger philanthropic organizations. As an immigrant foster child who reached success beyond his wildest expectations, Bill had a b drive to give back to the community. Beyond the many benefit concerts he staged, Bill's greatest delight was fulfilling the dreams of "the little guy". One of his first donations was a school bus for local elementary school.
