The Valley Haven Massage & Yoga Center is owned and operated by my dear friend Nicol Moorgan. Nicol Moorgan has been a student of Iyengar yoga for 18 years. She has studied at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India and currently studies with several local teachers including Barbara Fabbri, Janet MacLeod and Alice Rocky. She has studied extensively with Senior teachers Billy Konrad and Manouso Manos and several international teachers. Nicol is currently attending The Iyengar Institute of San Francisco in preparation for the rigorous National Iyengar assessment.

Additionally she has nearly 30 years experience as a neuromuscular therapist which makes her compassionate to the many challenges the body presents. Both a healer and teacher, Nicol believes Iyengar yoga is the road to unravel the physical obstacles that hinder us while creating a deeper awareness and balance in the body. Nicol shares her passion for detail and alignment in her teaching to bring clarity and understanding of the full potential asana practice can have, both therapeutically and emotionally.

Désirée Leemets plays Triple A Country Western and Southern rock music in Nashville, Tennessee. Singer, songwriter, performer, Recording artist, outstanding musician and guitar player. Extraordinary music for extraordinary times.

Desiree was born in NYC, NY & grew up in New Paltz, NY. She spent six years in Virginia and attended Old Dominion University on a tennis scholarship where she majored in International Marketing. She took a summer off to compete in the European professional tennis circuit. She enjoyed music as a release from the pressures of sports but, she soon realized that music had become the dominating force in her life and it became a full time pursuit. Her sharply honed performance skills can be attributed to several years traveling & performing solo throughout the US & Europe.

Infinitee Designs - The Artwork of Ralph Hawke Manis

The newly redesigned from the ground up Infinitee Designs. Delaware graphic art company and design portfolio website of artist Ralph Hawke Manis (: that's me :). I finally found the time to redesign my almost 20 year old website once again and upgrade it to Drupal. With Drupal as the power house content management system running the show I can update and create new content from anywhere in the world without needing to write any code at all. I have removed all the dead links and trimmed the side down to focus on my artwork and graphics services. I hope you enjoy it and please let me know what you think.

Water is an important element in my art work. I use water to let colors flow freely into the canvas.

I grew up in Katsuura, another small beach town in the east of Japan. I studied Scenic Art for Theater at Temple University in Philadelphia and was trained to reproduce someone else's art on stage (which is also an exciting work to do!).

It is important for me to work on my own independent painting projects. In my own work, I like to express where I am from and who I am, sort of like my identity. I appreciate the culture and tradition of my country. It is comforting for me to paint the subjects remind me of my home. I hope my paintings can deliver a similar kind of comfort to you as well.

My artwork comes from my Japanese origin, culture and tradition. Each art piece that I create gives me a sense of comfort. I hope that you can feel the same from my work as well.
