Legal notice

Infinitee Rock Band T-shirts does not in any way infringe on any Right of Publicity or copyright laws. Ralph Manis is an artist and a musician that would never infringe on another artists work or right of publicity. As an artist himself, it would not only be against his moral beliefs but, against his legal responsibility as an artist and businessman as well. This being said, any misconception that his artwork is infringement on anyone's right of publicity is legally described in short below, in particular the California Civil Code Section 990, section (n), (3) directly pertains to the artwork reproduced on clothing sold on the Infinitee Rock Band T-shirts website.

California Civil Code Section 990, (n), (3)

(n) This section shall not apply to the use of a deceased personality's name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness, in any of the following instances:

(3) Single and original works of fine art.
